Oddly Causal - a quirky band hailing from the Garden State - brings a fresh eclectic sound to the music scene in the genre of folk rock meets alternative. The roots of the band lie in a friendship forged by four grade school friends - Joey Regan (Lead Vocals), Steve Raucci (Guitar), Sol Mohamed (Bass) and Aaron Triolo (Drums). Their journey began in their middle school years, realizing their common interest in music. Influenced heavily by the burgeoning rock and alternative music scene of their time (Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Avett Brothers) the group strives to reach the heights of their icons, and make their New Jersey hometown proud. For them it’s all about the music…their name is exactly who they are…just a group of odd and casual friends playing their hearts out together - delivering to their audience a heightened sound and lyrical journey.
